My daughters A/C went out in Jonesboro this week putting my grand babies and her in a very bad situation. I am very thankful I called Tounsand Heating and Cooling to check it out. I called Mr. Tounsand because my furnace wasnt working and it was cold out. He came out after another local company did and told me it was a contractor. The other company wanted to replace my unit. Saved me THOUSANDS!!! Thank you for your honest knowledgeabe service! This is the man you need if your heat and air system isnt working!!! Hes always there for you!

Harold went above and beyond with the installation of our new heating and air units. He worked beyond regular hours when the recent cold front came through so our family could be warm because our old unit went out when he was scheduled to start work. He was very attentive to detail and corrected any underlying issues that he saw. He also provided peace of mind after the installation by making sure we signed up for the 10 year warranty that Trane offers. I highly recommend Harold for his integrity and dedication to getting the job done right.

Harold did an outstanding job at our place.. Delta Crawfish and the Cajun Cafe! He dropped the temperature 15 degrees in our kitchen. And did everything he said he would do and when he said he would do it! He does great work at a fair price! Please dont everyone use him as I need him to be able to help me when I need it!

Tounsand Heating and Cooling are an excellent company, they promptly got to my air conditioning issue the same day. They are honest, do reasonably priced work and are very friendly. Harold explained the issues with my unit and the cost involved as they went along. Top quality work and outstanding customer service. Definitely my go to people for all my AC needs from now on.
